초록

본 연구는 청장년과 비교한 중고령 발달장애인의 디지털 역량 영향요인을 파악하였다. 중고령 발달장애인의 컴퓨터 활 용능력 영향요인은 문화적 자본 중 학력, 문자인지 수준이었으며, 사회적 자본 중 주돌봄자가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 중고령 발달장애인 스마트폰 활용능력 영향요인은 경제적 자본 중 빈곤, 문화적 자본 중 학력, 문자인지 수준, 상황인지 수준, 사회적 자 본 중 발달장애기관 이용여건, 친구관계가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과에 기초하여 중고령 발달장애인의 디지털 역량 증진을 위 한 정책 및 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

This study identified the factors influencing digital competence among middle-aged and elderly people with developmental disabilities compared to young adults. The factors influencing computer proficiency were educational attainment and literacy level as cultural capital, with the primary caregiver as social capital having significant influence. The factors influencing smartphone proficiency included the following: poverty as economic capital; educational attainment, literacy level, and situational awareness as cultural capital; and conditions for using developmental disability institutions and friendships as social capital. Based on the study results, policy and practical recommendations were proposed to enhance the digital competence of middle-aged and older adults with developmental disabilities.
